LGA Website and new LGA Blog

April Update With the news on Thursday that Scottish Golf have decided to cancel all of their golf events and performance academy related work for the remainder of 2020 I thought id take the opportunity to set out what LGA are doing. In March we took the decision to cancel all Association leagues for this season along LGA supported events up to and including the end of June.  As we said at the time any return to golf will only be when it is considered safe to do so, and that hasn't changed at the time of writing.  We continue to hope that our competition calendar from July onwards can be progressed, however there is still  a long way to go before that can happen and I'm sure like all at LGA we would just like a causal game at our own clubs before we even attempt to play competitively. Like Scottish Golf, we will do all we can to support our clubs through these difficult times and I would simply ask that you continue to adhere to the guidance around social distancing and w

As the 2020 season fast approaches, the events calendar for all things LGA related is filling up.  The list attached is not complete yet but its intended to give all our players an idea of when to ask for time off! More to follow.
LGA Boys v Renfrewshire at Kirkhill GC ended all square.   Thanks to all concerned and good luck for the rest for the the season.
